Estate is located 3 kilometers from the center of the town Rakovica, which is situated on the section of the road D1, once the main road that connected inland of Croatia with it's coast. Plitvička jezera (Plitvice Lakes), the oldest Croatian national park, is located just 10 kilometers from Rakovica . The distance from the roads and urban centers, untouched natural sorroundings and the vacinity of the national park are ideal conditions which enable ecotourism in the true sense of the word.
Isolation and privacy is the combination which attracts visitors that are tired of everyday city life. Nature lovers will be able to satisfy all their senses and enjoy in four different scenarios offerd by the four seasons – each of them is special and different.
There is a variety of plant life as far as the eye can see. In the early spring visitors will enjoy in the smell of the elder and hawthorn, in late spring in the taste of the wild strawberries. In summer they will enjoy in the taste of boletus and chanterelles, mushrooms that grow in the forest.
